Encadenamientos / Sendings

Macizo Central y Oriental desde Piedrasluengas (11/01/09) .

Esta semana no busques encadenamientos en esta página, esta vacía. No los busques en Internet, en la Web, en el ordenador. Quizás podrías empezar a buscarlos entrenando en el local o machacando la tabla de tracciones, no es mala idea mientras esperas al fin de semana, pero al final te darás cuenta que tampoco están allí…

Están todos ahí fuera, en la roca, en las peñas. Están en Ramales, en Santa Gadea, en La Hermida… hay que salir a buscarlos y veras que cuantos más seamos mas encontraremos. Llévate magnesio, pies de gato, cuerda, crash-pad, etc. y no olvides meter en la mochila lo más importante; las ganas.

Los Picos desde Piedrasluengas (11/01/09).

This week do not look for any sending in this site, it’s empty. Do not search them in Internet, nor in the Web neither at your computer. Perhaps you might start looking by training indoors or hanging at the campus bar, it isn’t a bad idea while you wait for weekend time, but eventually you’ll realise that they aren’t there too.

They all are out there, by the rock, in the mountains, by the glens. They are at Dumby, at Northumberland, at The Highlands … Just get out, pal. You’ll discover the more we are the easier to find them. Take chalk, boots, rope, mat, etc… but don’t forget the most important; the attitude.
